Chart Your Course is a 90-day program for individuals at all levels who want to increase their confidence and raise their game.
The program is well-suited for clients facing a specific challenge, cross-roads decision, or who are looking to begin a new professional or personal chapter.
The program includes a client self-assessment; a kick-off “Deep Dive” facilitated discussion where we’ll create a custom visual map that identifies key goals, challenges and a specific action plan; 3 follow-up activation coaching sessions, and weekly email support.
The Navigate Change Coaching program is designed for emerging and established managers and team leaders, and senior organizational leaders who recognize they need to take their leadership skills up a notch so they can truly unleash the full potential of their teams to innovate, adapt, and drive performance.
Typical coaching goals areas include:
The program includes an Adaptability Quotient (AQai) assessment and report; a comprehensive Coaching Objectives self-assessment questionnaire; two 90-minute debriefing and discovery sessions to review results and create an initial action plan; bi-monthly 50-minute coaching sessions; habit sustainment online tool access; email support.
The program is available for both a 6-month and a 12-month term.
